Paver Repair & Re-Leveling in River Ridge

• Address the offending roots and rebuild the base under that area so it won’t lift again the same way.
• Re-grade and recompact the base, then reset the pavers to one true, level plane.
• Replace any pavers that cracked under the pressure with matching units.
• Re-sand the joints with polymeric sand to lock the surface and slow weed growth.

Rebuilding a Failed Base

Where settling has hit a wide area instead of one root, the base itself has usually failed. We lift that section, remove the bad sub-base, and rebuild it with properly compacted material and a corrected grade so the patio holds its level instead of dropping again.

Re-Sanding Worn Joints

If your pavers are still flat but the joint sand has washed out or weeds have moved in, a re-sand often handles it alone. We clean the joints, refill with polymeric sand, and set it so the whole surface locks back together and drains the way it should.
